This website is operated by Sven Schulte as a sole proprietor consulting service.

2. What data we collect

Waitlist form: When you submit the waitlist form, we collect your email address. This is voluntary and based on your consent.

Server logs: Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically collects technical data such as IP addresses, browser type, and access times for security and operational purposes. This data is processed based on legitimate interest.

No cookies, no analytics, no tracking: This website does not use cookies, analytics tools, tracking pixels, or any third-party scripts that collect personal data. Fonts are self-hosted.

3. Purpose of processing

• Email addresses: to notify you about service availability and respond to your inquiry
• Server logs: technical operation, security, and abuse prevention

4. Legal basis

Email collection: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Art. 31 nDSG).
Server logs: legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. Third-party processors

We use the following service providers who may process personal data on our behalf:

• Formspree Inc. (USA) processes waitlist form submissions. Data is transferred to the United States under EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Cloudflare Inc. (USA) provides hosting and content delivery. Cloudflare maintains a Data Processing Agreement and processes data under EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. International data transfers

Some of our service providers are based in the United States. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place through EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as required by GDPR (Art. 46) and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (Art. 16 nDSG).

7. Data retention

Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or the waitlist purpose is fulfilled. Server logs are retained for up to 30 days.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw your consent at any time
• Request data portability
• Object to processing
